Key Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities:
. Lead and manage full sets of accounts.
. Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet) and ensure timely month/year-end closing.
. Assist manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including IRAS, ACRA, GST, and tax filings.
. Manage cash flow, banking matters, audit processes, and corporate finance activities.
. Assist in developing and implementing financial controls, policies, and cost-saving initiatives.
. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.
HR Responsibilities:
. Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding.
. Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, IR21 etc.).
. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with MOM and local employment laws.
. Review and implement HR policies and strategies to support business goals.
. Promote employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
. Handle disciplinary issues, grievance management, and industrial relations where necessary.
Requirements:
. At least Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting. ACCA / CPA holder candidate is preferred.
. At least 5 years of combined experience in finance or audit functions- .
. Basic knowledge of FRS, Singapore tax, statutory regulations, employment laws.
. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero), HRMS tools.
. Trainings and guidance will be provided for candidate who may not familiar HR function.
. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
