As we expand, we are looking for a Finance Admin Executive to support our finance operations with precision and efficiency.
You will be responsible for:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
. Process invoices, payments, and staff claims accurately and on time.
. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
. Verify transactions and ensure proper documentation for all financial records.
Financial Administration
. Assist in monthly closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts and preparing financial reports.
. Maintain organized records of financial documents for compliance and audits.
. Support the finance team in expense tracking, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Payroll & Compliance
. Assist with payroll processing, including verifying timesheets and allowances.
. Ensure compliance with tax, GST, and regulatory filings.
. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when needed.
Operational Support
. Work closely with the retail and supply chain teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
. Support procurement and inventory finance functions, ensuring accurate cost tracking.
. Assist in implementing and improving finance-related SOPs for efficiency.
We would want to speak with you if you are / have -
. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
. 1-3 years of experience in finance or administrative roles.
. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
. Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
