Job Scope:
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate full sets of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Financial Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation.
- Strengthen and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper safeguarding of company assets.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee internal and external audit processes.
Tax Management
- Prepare and file tax and GST submissions in line with statutory requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support smooth finance operations.
- Provide support on financial matters and assist new business teams with ad-hoc requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience handling full-set accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and GST
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
