Finance Executive / Senior Executive (Logistics)

Job Highlight:

• 5-Day Work Week (8.15am to 5.30pm)

Job Overview

Handle inter-company global netting functions, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) operations and payments

• Review invoices, reconciliations, and month-end closing

• Post journal entries and ensure expenses are properly recorded

• Handle GST reporting and support audits

• Resolve SAP / system issues and discrepancies

• Manage inter-company AR & AP global netting

• Perform reconciliation, settlement, and clearance of balances

• Prepare statements and follow up on outstanding items

• Process bank transfers (TT) and netting declarations

• Maintain proper documentation and support reporting

• Liaise with internal teams and overseas counterparts

• Assist with treasury tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or Finance

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry

• Experience in SAP and Microsoft Excel

• Basic GST knowledge

• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines
