Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, collections, and customer portal administration.
  2. Review and improve AR processes maintain training manuals with proper document control.
  3. Prepare monthly AR/AP, collections performance, and analytical reports for management.
  4. Handle staff claims, expense vouchers, and checks ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  5. Assist with accounting entries, financial transactions, audits, and ad-hoc finance projects.
  6. Resolve customer queries, escalate issues when required, and calculate local NCH commissions.
  7. Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  2. At least 2 years in a similar role
  3. Audit, SAP/SQL tax knowledge a plus
  4. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  5. Advanced knowledge Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  6. Meticulous, analytical, able to multitask
  7. Positive attitude, works independently with minimal supervision
  8. Able to utilize limited resources effectively
