Role Overview

We are looking for a senior talent with HR project management experience to be responsible for coordinating and promoting the core project construction of the company's HR field, including but not limited to HR information system (HRIS), recruitment system construction, talent development system, etc.

This position is similar to the Project Manager (PM) in the HR field, and requires the ability to coordinate projects across HR modules, rather than being a practical executor of a single module.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and monitor fund movements to ensure timely, accurate, and secure settlement of transactions.
• Review and process employee expense reimbursements (e.g. travel, business trips, team-building activities), ensuring compliance with internal finance policies and approval procedures.
• Prepare and review monthly account statements, transaction summaries, and fund flow reports for management review.
• Support monthly closing activities by assisting in account reconciliation and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial records.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls within finance operations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior finance or operations staff on daily transaction processing and documentation standards.
• Manage bank accounts, including opening/closing accounts and maintaining relationships with banking partners.
• Liaise closely with other banks and other departments

Requirements

• Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
• 2-3 years of relevant finance, accounting or treasury experience
• Degree in finance, business or accountancy
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus
