Finance Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located in Singapore at Locker & Lock®. The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Finance Operations
1.Process payments to suppliers and update daily bank transactions.
2.Prepare delivery orders, tax invoiced and update receipts.
3.Maintain accurate financial records and reconciling bank statements
4.Maintain month end schedule and audit schedule
5.Prepare expense reports and revenue tracking summaries

Compliance & Documentation
1. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and compliance checks
2. Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and reports.

Qualifications
. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
. Ability to work effectively in a team enviroment
. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
