Job Description
- Prepare and manage financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and monitor financial transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of financial data.
- Review and process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the department.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Executive should have:
