Finance Executive

The primary role of the Finance Executive is to manage the financial aspects of Juniper Biologics business.
Your primary objective is to ensure financial stability, compliance, and the efficient allocation of resources and cost management to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Assist in development and execution of financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives

- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports or forecasts as required

- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth processing and implementation of solutions / systems

- Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, monitoring collections, reconciling customer accounts, and ensuring timely receipt of payments.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including processing invoices, verifying supporting documents, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

- Manage finance operations - including accounting, auditing, statutory accounts.

- Suggest cost-saving opportunities and cost control measures to improve profitability.

- Ensure processes and controls are in compliance with iFRS and other industry-specific regulations and taxation laws

- Maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the company's assets and financial integrity, including financial auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Utilize financial systems such as SAP and Xero for accounting, reporting, and financial data management (experience with SAP is preferred).

- Handle any other related ad hoc duties
