A. About Us

IRMA Insights is part of a fast-growing regional IT services group with expanding businesses across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Australia. As we scale, we are strengthening our finance foundations and looking for a proactive Finance Executive to join our regional finance team.

B. Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting or audit professional with 2-3 years of experience to grow in a transformative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Senior Finance Executive and Finance Manager to strengthen fundamentals of the finance function, improve group reporting processes, and support compliance and operational needs. This is a hands-on role that offers wide exposure across accounting, tax, treasury, and finance operations. C. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting

. Maintain and enhance day-to-day finance operations, including the processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

. Perform month-end closing and prepare timely and accurate management accounts using Xero while implementing process improvements in the monthly close process.

. Collaborate with business units to maintain a timely and accurate claims process across group entities.

. Provide source documents to external accountants for various business units monthly closing.

. Perform year-end closing and prepare schedules and supporting documents for the annual audit.

. Assist with ad hoc projects as and when necessary.

2. Taxation & Compliance

. Perform quarterly GST filings and withholding tax filings.

. Assist in ensuring all statutory filings and deadlines are met across entities.

3. Treasury & Finance Operations

. Perform fortnightly payment runs and monthly invoicing.

. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to strengthen internal controls and enhance operational efficiency.

The skills you have:

. Degree in Accountancy, a CA qualification or equivalent is advantageous.

. 2-3 years of experience in audit, full-set accounting, or group reporting (Big-Four, mid-tier, or commercial).

. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems.

. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
