Finance Executive (Senior)
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of full-set accounting and key financial operations.
What you'll do
- Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations)
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Handle XBRL filing and statutory reporting requirements
- Support GST filing, tax computation, and tax compliance matters
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Assist in intercompany and group reporting when required
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
What we're looking for
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent (ACCA / CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in full set accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and tax computation
- Experience in XBRL filing is an advantage
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
