Job Summary
Manage accounts receivable and bank reconciliations while ensuring accurate statement of accounts generation and effective credit control. Provide responsive client and customer support and handle communication and sales-related ad-hoc duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
- Generate and print statements of accounts (SOA) according to agreed terms to maintain clear financial records
- Respond promptly to client and customer queries to provide accurate information and resolve issues
- Handle external and internal communications and management systems to support operational efficiency
- Implement credit control measures to monitor and manage customer credit limits and reduce financial risk
- Execute sales-related ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations
