Join one of Singapore's leading real estate groups and playa key role in supporting the financial reporting and month-end closing processes across multiple entities. This role offers exposure to financial reporting, intercompany accounting, stakeholder management, audit coordination, and finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end journal entries, including accruals and other closing adjustments.
- Manage intercompany billings and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Review balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting reconciliations.
- Support quarterly Interested Person Transaction (IPT) reporting and related disclosures.
- Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end reporting requirements.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requested by management.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 audit firm
- Strong knowledge of SFRS(I)
- Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
