Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL), month-end closing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, manage cash flow.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Support process improvement, system implementation, and internal controls.
• Oversee finance operations across multiple companies/entities (local and overseas).
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and manual accounting processes.
• Handle manual accounting records where required and ensure proper arrangement and maintenance of general ledger accounts.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience handling full-set accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• High proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
