Finance Executive

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Finance Executive (Contract) to support the daily financial operations of the Company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role is critical in maintaining strong financial controls and supporting business growth within a regulated general insurance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the AR function, including matching of receipts and commission statements in the system.
• Assist with month-end closing, including debtors aging reconciliation, statement of accounts preparation and bank reconciliation.
• Preparing investment journals and reconciliation.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of core system reports to general ledger.
• Assist with preparation of regulatory returns and financial statements.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy
• Meticulous, possesses strong analytical skills and has an eye for details
• Tech Savvy
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Committed and hardworking
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with system implementation and good IT knowledge/background are preferred
• Willing to commit to a 1-year contract position
