Now, we're on the lookout for a professional Finance Executive to join us in Singapore.

Your Role on Our Journey

As a Finance Executive in our Group Finance Department, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Assigned to the FinOps team and reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, FinOps, your contributions will be vital to our success.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Overseeing the processing of fleet partner financial operations, including pay outs, receipting, reconciliation, and associated transactions.
• Ensuring the smooth execution of month-end closing activities related to fleet partner accounts.
• Issuing invoices for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and update weekly accounts receivable aging reports.
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• Diploma or degree in finance and/or accounting
• Minimum 2-years of professional experience in a finance-related function.
• Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
