Finance Executive (Contract)

Danfoss Power Solution is a leader in the mobile and industrial fluid power industries with components that is commonly used in the construction & mining, oil & gas and marine, agricultural, discrete manufacturing and processing industries.

We are in search of Finance Executive (contract) responsible for the consolidated South East Asia business.

This candidate will report to Global Services Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of the Company's monthly, quarterly and yearly results as required by business

. Partnering with respective stakeholder in the forecasting process, which includes collating and entering of such data into the Company's Financial Systems, namely Hyperion and DFT.

. Assist in driving and achieving Profit Plan / KPI.

. Ensure accuracy of project costs and the related revenue recognition for the business.

. Reviewing variances to identify risks and opportunities and drive actions to mitigate.

. Assist in improving business processes to strengthen internal controls in accordance with Corporate and SOX requirements.

. Assist in the Strategic and Profit Plan preparation and uploading of such data into the Company's Financial Systems, namely Hyperion and DFT.

. Preparation of monthly operating review presentations and other presentations.

. Participate and assist in the annual Physical Inventory Count and Fixed asset count for the business.

Education, Working Experience and Qualifications

. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CIMA or equivalent.

. At least 5 years of working experience in accounting and finance.

. Experience in MFG/Pro and Oracle would be an added advantage.

. High interpersonal skill, able to work both independently as well as part of a team.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

. Able to work under pressure.

. Well versed in MS Office Applications.

. Prior working experience in a manufacturing environment would be preferable.
