Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the full set of accounts and ensure that accounting records are complete, accurate and up to date.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare and submit accounting reports and financial data through the Company's financial systems and reporting platforms.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Compile and analyse project financial data, costs and financial performance.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, including the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents and responses to audit queries.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, supporting documents and financial filing systems.
• Assist with tax-related matters, statutory reporting and other compliance requirements, where applicable.
• Liaise with internal departments, project teams, external auditors and other stakeholders on accounting and finance matters.
• Perform other finance-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with experience in handling a full set of accounts, preparing financial statements and handling external audit matters.
• Experience in the construction will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Required to work with Chinese-language systems, documentation, and business communications provided by the China headquarters.
