Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable - updates/generates billing, enter invoices details into accounting system (Forest Care & Quickbook Online)
- Assist in donations record, process payment/petty cash, staff claims
- Banking - deposit and withdrawal of cash/cheque.
- Assist in quarterly submission of GST reports.
- Assist in yearly preparation of Budget, Special Audit, Financial reports.
- Assist with related Finance functions and reporting requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years of experience or relevant Accounting discipline.
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Meticulous, accountable and a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Savvy (MS office, Internet, etc.)
Salary range: $3,300 - $4,300 per month
(Commensurate with experience and qualification)
