Finance Executive

You will be responsible for managing Finance functions which include:

Responsibilities

-Review vendors & staff purchase requisition for compliance to Procurement Policy

- Manage creation & approval of purchase orders

- Review invoices & staff claims for compliance to Procurement Policy.

-Support Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets activities

- support financial month end closing activities

- support ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification

Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Meticulous, adaptable and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

Experience in social service sectors will be an added advantage.

Able to start work immediately or at short notice
