Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations under supervision
  • Assist in investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies and variances
  • Prepare manual journal entries relating to bank transactions in the SAP system
  • Prepare fund transfers between bank accounts in accordance with approved procedures and timelines
  • Ensure bank-related transactions are properly recorded and follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify queries and support transaction adjustments
  • Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliation statements and related reports
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system or process enhancements as assigned
  • Provide assistance during audits and help respond to audit queries

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • With SAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
