Perform daily accounting review, month-end closing, and financial reporting in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Prepare management reports as required, supporting business analysis for China headquarters.
Support external and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with auditors.
Conduct periodic stock counts and fixed asset verification as required.
Responsible for maintaining proper accounting documentation and records, ensuring compliance with IRAS regulations and audit requirements.
Assist in improving financial policies, internal controls, and continuous process optimization.
Support Finance Manager in daily operations and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with exposure to full set accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax compliance requirements. Exposure to China accounting standards or experience in China-based companies would be an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) experience in SAP system (FI module) is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficiency in English is required ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage for liaising with HQ in China.
