Responsibilities

• Handle the preparation and submission of patient-related insurance claims to the respective insurance providers.

• Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding payments and reimbursements.

• Investigate and assist in resolving rejected, delayed, or disputed claims.

• Reconcile insurance payments against patient accounts and billing records.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collection follow-ups where required.

• Liaise with internal clinic teams and external insurers on billing and claims-related matters.

• Support other finance, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, medical billing, insurance claims, or similar finance-related functions will be advantageous.

• Candidates with healthcare, medical, or insurance industry experience will have an added advantage.
