The role involves managing the full accounts receivable cycle, which includes preparing and issuing invoices, processing receipts, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The individual is also responsible for responding to customer queries, following up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection, and issuing monthly intercompany invoices. Additionally, a key duty is to report on the status of accounts receivable.

skills and experience required
You should ideally have a degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 3 years of handson experience in AR/AR. They are looking for someone who is pleasant and willing to learn. There will be some interaction with parents therefore this person must be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Working hours are 8am to 5pm, 5 days work in office. Campus is less than 5 minutes walk from the MRT. There is no AWS or bonus, 21 days of AL given.
