Finance Executive (AR - Netting)
- Working days: 5 days, 8:15am - 5:30pm
- Salary: $2800 - $3500
- Location: Toh Guan(Jurong East)
Responsibilities:
- Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting.Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearanceCreate AR statement of accountReconcile AR & AP aging and follow-upRetrieval of invoices from system / overseas countryMUFG netting declarationSAP clearance & off-setAudit report working and analysis
- TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc.
- Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP.
- Follow-up inquiry and disputes.
- Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents.
- Distribution of output to respective division.
- Prepare the prepaid company break bulk charges billing report.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance
- Min Three (3) years of hands-on experience in accounting on inter-company global netting and keeping full set of accounts
- Experience in both shared service and freight forwarding & logistics
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and SAP accounting system
