Finance Executive (AP & AR)

Description

• Salary up to $4,500 with variable bonus
• Experience in Budgeting forecasting or fullset accounts

Responsibilities

• Compilation of monthly closing journal entries.
• Preparation and review of monthly accounts reconciliations and schedules.
• Assessment of the monthly inventories aging report to ensure the adequacy of Net Realizable Value (NRV).
• Oversight of the chart of accounts, including consistency checks, control account creation, and archiving.
• Assisting in the annual policy renewal review.
• Providing support during audit reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Handling the Annual Statutory Accounts and XBRL filings.
• Reviewing GST submission workings and conducting GST reconciliation tests.
• Reviewing and maintaining records for capex related to new or replacement fixed asset requisitions.
• Managing the asset register.
• Assisting the reporting team in formulating budgets and forecasts.
• Preparing and finalizing budget and forecast documents.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess a diploma in Accounting & Finance along with 3-4 years of work experience, or hold a degree in Accounting & Finance with 2-3 years of work experience.
• Demonstrate a robust understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes.
• Exhibit proficient Excel skills.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
