Finance Executive (6 months, East) ESY

Job scope

. Assist with fixed asset physical count, fixed asset tagging and reconciliation

. Assist with inventory reporting such as inventory reconciliation, inventory count, inventory adjustments

. Assist with business control assessment, testing of controls

. Work with external auditors on evaluation of controls and statutory audits

. Assist with preparation of Capital asset acquisition request

. Support the finance teams with accounts payable related tasks

. Support the finance teams with book-keeping and month end closing

Experience

. Diploma, Degree, ACCA or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

. Strong experience in full set accounts and GL is required.

. Good knowledge of month-end closing, reconciliations, GST, audit schedules, and financial reporting.

. Proficient in Excel.

. Able to start work immediately/short notice
