As a result of continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join us and play a critical role in shaping our future success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Provide financial insights to support long-term business planning.

Financial Management

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Governance
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

Present financial reports to the board and senior management.

Establish internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency.

Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.

Minimum of 10 years experience in senior financial management roles

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
