The company is now seeking a seasoned finance leader to elevate its financial management and provide the strategic oversight needed for the next stage of growth.
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:
- Establish scalable internal controls and governance frameworks to support the company's growing operations.
- Lead accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring full transparency for leadership.
- Strengthen operational finance processes including billing, cash management, and revenue recognition.
- Monitor financial risks, data integrity, and control gaps as the organisation scales.
- Improve pricing visibility, margin analysis, and commercial insights for leadership.
- Develop financial dashboards and analysis to support strategic decision making
- Partner with product and technology teams to embed financial logic into platform workflows.
- Oversee financial data governance to ensure system‑wide accuracy and consistency.
- Build and lead a capable finance team while collaborating closely with cross‑functional leaders.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with at least 10 years experience in senior finance roles, ideally in tech or high‑growth environments.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and operational finance.
- Experience in regional or multi‑country finance operations.
- Familiarity with platform‑based or systems‑driven finance processes is advantageous.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
