The incumbent is a key member of the SAT Management Team, who works closely with all relevant
stakeholders to develop business plans, manage and optimize performance, constantly improve
systems and processes to maximize goal achievement. Provides overall financial management
cluster, safeguards the corporate assets, effectively utilizes the corporate resources and ensures
business performance in line with corporate objectives and expectations.

As Finance Director SAT, you will be responsible for the following:

Lead Market Financial Strategy & Business Performance

  • Develop and execute the market financial strategy, annual operating plans, budgeting, resource allocation, and investment priorities.
  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive business alignment, financial planning, forecasting, and performance management to achieve business targets

Ensure Financial Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Maintain strong internal controls, safeguard company assets, and ensure full compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Oversee credit risk management, cash-flow optimization, and governance processes to protect business performance and sustainability

Deliver Financial Planning, Reporting & Cost Optimization

  • Lead financial and management reporting, statutory filings, and business analytics.
  • Drive cost control, budget discipline, ROI optimization, and decision support for all functions through high-quality financial planning and analysis.

Lead Supply Chain, Logistics & Operational Excellence

  • Provide strategic oversight of Supply Planning and Logistics to ensure product availability, efficient working capital management, minimized write-offs, and continuous process improvement.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness and support business objectives.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Business Services, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners to enable effective business execution and long- term growth.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or its equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience managing end-to-end finance functions, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, taxation, and business performance management.
  • Solid understanding of financial governance, regulatory compliance, and legislative frameworks, with the ability to support strategic business decision-making.
