Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervision of accounting staffs

2. Handle full spectrum of accounting matters includingmanagement reporting, taxation and monthly accounts closing

3. Preparation of group consolidation report

4. Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting andprofessional advisors on related matters

5. GST review and submission

6. Preparation of tax schedules and liaise with tax agent

7. Administer, implement and manage accounting processflow from time to time for optimised efficiency

8. Manages and resolves any complex accounting issues

9. Perform timely and accurate review for monthly,quarterly and annual reporting for submission to management within stipulatedtimeline

10. Billing and account payable/receivable

11. CPF submission and CPF board audit work

12. Bank reconciliation

13. Liaising with third party providers, clients andsuppliers

Requirements

1. Master of Accounting(QS University Rankings Top 100 in the World)
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting role
3. Able to manage full set of accounts
4. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
5. Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financialreports
6. Communication in English and Mandarin (In order to liaisewith Chinese speaking associate)
7.Able to go to the construction site to verify and confirm the amount of work.
