Our client is a prominent real estate group with a strong regional presence and a diversified portfolio across multiple asset classes.

They are currently looking to appoint a seasoned Finance Director to to oversee account consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting, while supporting intercompany reconciliations, tax submissions, and audits across the Group.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient daily operations and timely month-end closing.
Oversee full spectrum of group finance functions, including consolidation of accounts, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage the preparation and submission of SGX reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Create and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Oversee preparation of tax filings, including GST and corporate income tax returns.
Ensure all financial reports comply with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and regulatory requirements.

Role requirements

Hold a degree in Accountancy, with CA/CPA qualification
Minimum 15 years of finance leadership experience including SGX reporting and group consolidation within Global MNCs and Big 4 audit firms.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a detail-oriented and independent approach.
Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
