Finance Director - Infrastructure Firm

We are recruiting for a Finance Director at a fast-growing firm with a regional presence. We're looking for a hands-on Finance Director who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and build from the ground up.

The Role

As our Finance Director, you will own the entire finance function – from debt financing to FP&A. You'll manage a small but growing team, balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. This is not a role for someone who needs a large support staff or perfect processes. You will need to be resilient, assertive, and comfortable making decisions in a growing firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Treasury & Debt Financing: Manage cash flow, optimise working capital, and manage debt financing efforts (i.e. lender negotiations).
• FP&A: Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Provide actionable insights to leadership to drive growth and profitability.
• Operational Finance: Build and maintain scalable financial processes, controls, and systems
• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to support key business decisions and own strategic initiatives

What You Bring

• Proven experience: 12+ year of experience in finance with debt financing and FP&A exposure
• A track record of thriving in lean teams is strongly preferred
• Relevant industry exposure: you come from infrastructure, data centres or mission-critical infrastructure space and know what the function needs to get things going
