Finance Director, Consumer start-up

Consistently lauded for their hyper-growth status and innovative products, this consumer start-up has announced exciting plans to expand their footprints across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Finance leader to chart the future direction and growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the end-to-end Finance operations, spanning financial controlling, analysis, treasury, tax, audit and internal controls. As the organisation evolves with changing consumer landscape, you will evaluate key revenue drivers and partner Commercial teams to drive business performance. In addition, you will perform feasibility analysis for new business initiatives, including market expansion and product launches.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a seasoned Finance leader with 10 - 15+ years of experience and a track record in 0 to 1, or 1 to 10 organisations. Prior expertise in a Consumer organisation and exposure to revenue growth management would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as entrepreneurial, operationally hands-on and resourceful.
