FINANCE DIRECTOR

Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Director of Finance to oversee financial operations in Singapore and support regional business strategy. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and partnering with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities
. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
. Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/IFRS)
. Oversee statutory reporting, tax filings, and liaison with regulatory authorities (e.g., ACRA, IRAS)
. Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships
. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
. Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks
. Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
. Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
. Support regional consolidation and cross-border finance operations (if applicable)
. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements & Qualification
. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
. Professional qualification (e.g.ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
. 12-18 years of finance experience with senior leadership role.
. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management.
. Hands-on experience with cost control and strong financial governance.
