Finance Director – BPG & LPG, APJ

How will you make an impact

The Finance Director, BPG & LPG APJ is a key regional leadership role supporting the Bioproduction Group (BPG) and Laboratory Products Group (LPG) across Asia Pacific & Japan. This role partners closely with divisional and regional leadership teams to drive business performance, enable strategic growth initiatives, and deliver strong financial outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization.

The position provides financial leadership across bothgroups, ensuring high-quality insights, robust planning processes, and disciplined execution to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

What will you do

• Serve as astrategic finance partnerto BPG & LPG APJ leadership teams, supporting strategy development, execution, and business decision-making

• Leadfinancial planning processes, including annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning across both divisions

• Drivebusiness performance management, including regular business reviews, variance analysis, and clear articulation of key drivers and trends

• Provideactionable financial insightsto improve growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency

• Identify and managerisks and opportunities, partnering with global, regional, and country stakeholders to drive performance outcomes

• Support key initiatives includingcommercial strategies, pricing, and productivity improvements

• Ensureaccuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting, in compliance with corporate policies, US GAAP, and SOX requirements

• Driveprocess improvements and standardizationacross the region, enhancing reporting efficiency and data consistency

• Partner with shared services and country finance teams to maintain astrong control environment and compliance culture

• Collaborate across divisions and functions to ensurealignment and effective financial support in a matrixed organization

• Lead, coach, and develop finance talent, fostering a high-performing and engaged team

How will you get here

Education & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including regional or divisional leadership roles in a multinational environment

• Proven experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations with multiple business units

• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent analytical capability with the ability to translate data into strategic insights

• Strong financial planning and performance management experience

• Ability to influence across functions and regions without direct authority
