We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance cum Human Resource Officer to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about both financial management and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and HR regulations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and payroll administration.
  • Support management with ad-hoc finance and HR duties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in both finance and HR roles is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/HR software.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
