Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance cum Admin Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow their career in the F&B industry. You will play a key role in supporting the company's finance and administrative functions, contributing to efficient operations and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full sets of accounts independently, including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and profit & loss reports.
  • Perform daily and monthly finance-related administrative duties.
  • Support outlet-level stock audits and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing and handling outlet-related documentation.
  • Work closely with the outsourced accounting firm to assist with Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including verifying supplier invoices, matching them to delivery orders and purchase orders, and preparing payment summaries for processing.
  • Work closely with the HR department on payroll-related matters to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, supplier billings, and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate office-related tasks such as outlet licence renewals and insurance matters.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports and documentation as required.
  • Set up and maintain finance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including but not limited to purchase requisitions, petty cash management, staff reimbursement processes, invoice verification and payment approval workflows.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on 3 years working experience in F&B accounting, including costing, margins, and outlet-level reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and reconciliation, with pivot tables being a plus.
  • Practical exposure to Singapore tax matters, including GST filings, withholding tax (where applicable), and basic corporate tax compliance, with coordination with an outsourced accounting firm
  • Experience supporting payroll processing, CPF submissions, and related staff payments.
  • Comfortable handling multiple outlets or entities within a small group / SME environment.
  • Able to work closely with an outsourced accounting firm, including preparing schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Able to prepare and document accounting SOPs, including process flows and basic controls, to support consistent daily operations.
  • Willing to take on general finance and administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and proper record-keeping.
