Finance Controller

Job Summary:

• Lead a team of 3 in the finance team

• Chartered Accountant from ISCA, CPA or equivalent.

• AWS + VB

• Construction/manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

. Lead Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day financial tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

. Produce accurate financial reports and ensure seamless month-end closings.

. Spearhead financial audits, maintaining compliance and meeting deadlines.

. Optimize Inventory Processes.

. Enhance inventory workflows for greater accuracy and operational efficiency.

. Uphold Compliance Standards: Scrutinize and approve financial submissions with precision.

. Handle GST filings, audits, tax obligations, and annual surveys.

. Boost Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow to maintain financial health.

. Authorize and process payments to trade creditors efficiently.

. Drive Insights Through Reporting: Develop trading Profit & Loss reports with actionable insights

. Monitor and analyze data from trading platforms to support strategic decisions.
