Job Description

Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Oversee group consolidation, statutory reporting, and management reporting for property development and investment entities.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions for development projects and investment portfolios.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and optimize funding structures for property development and acquisitions.
Strategic Financial Advisory: Partner with senior management to provide insights on project feasibility, capital allocation, and ROI.
Internal Controls & Best Practices: Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices across finance processes.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
Digital Transformation & ERP Support: Support ERP system enhancements and finance digital transformation initiatives.
