Job Description

Regional Financial Leadership: Lead APAC consolidation across Actuals, Budget, Forecast, and Multi-Year Plans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
FP&A & Business Partnering: Drive regional FP&A processes including scenario planning, variance analysis, and forecasting; provide strategic insights to country and regional leadership.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Present KPIs, ratios, and business drivers to the CFO and leadership team, translating complex financials into decision-ready information.
Systems & Process Improvement: Lead finance system initiatives (e.g., SAP ECC to S/4HANA) to enhance reporting, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities.
Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of 3+ finance professionals, developing FP&A, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Financial Modeling & Tools: Develop and implement financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support planning, performance tracking, and business analysis.
Governance & Controls: Strengthen financial controls, consolidation accuracy, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
Culture & Collaboration: Foster a high-performing, collaborative finance culture aligned with company values and strategic objectives.
