Finance Controller (FMCG/Electronics)

With a strong commitment to innovation and operational excellence, we are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to strengthen our finance leadership and drive strategic consolidation across entities.

Role Overview:

As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations across multiple entities within the group. You will lead consolidation efforts, ensure robust financial governance, and partner closely with the CFO and Finance Directors to deliver accurate reporting, strategic insights, and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group-level financial consolidation across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Partner with Finance Directors to align entity-level controls, forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Manage regional finance operations, including cross-border tax matters such as WHT and transfer pricing.
• Oversee impairment reviews, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support CFO in strategic planning, risk management, and capital allocation decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting systems, governance, and finance team capability.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation.
• Proven leadership in multi-entity environments experience in regional or group-level roles is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
