Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects, develop strategic initiatives, and business improvement efforts.

• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, Group policies, and regulatory requirements, including statistical reporting.

• Oversee treasury and cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and reporting.

• Oversee financial operations for the Singapore business.

• Prepare and submit monthly Group reporting through the Hyperion Financial Management system.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls, and systems.

• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting and management reporting.

• Maintain a strong balance sheet and ensure optimal working capital management.

• Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of key financial controls and compliance frameworks.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Group standards and regulatory requirements.

• Perform any additional duties assigned as required from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with a Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification.

• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and SFRS with a solid accounting foundation.

• Experience working in Big 4 environments and exposure to B2B and/or F&B/ retail businesses.

• Proven proficiency in SAP and Hyperion Financial Management systems.

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to identify and drive process efficiencies and continuous improvement.
