Job description
A leading multinational organization within the industrial sector is seeking for a hands-on Finance Controller to lead finance and administrative operations across the organization. This role covers a wide scope of responsibilities, including financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and financial accuracy across projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance
- Implement and maintain financial and administrative policies and processes
- Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and performance monitoring
- Ensure accurate project accounting and system reporting
- Support internal controls, contract review, and audit processes
- Identify and manage risks and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance, reporting, and operations roles within MNC environment, ideally from industrial/ manufacturing
- Solid understanding of financial principles and corporate governance
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexible and open-minded, able to engage across teams when necessary
