About The Role

We're hiring a Finance Change Consultant to join the transformation team at a leading financial institution in Singapore. This role plays a key part in supporting finance and cross-functional projects during a period of large-scale operational integration and change.

You'll collaborate with internal finance teams, actuaries, onshore and offshore operations, and global project stakeholders to align processes, systems, and reporting with work spanning both finance-specific and enterprise-wide initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a finance or accounting background who is looking to gain hands-on experience across change, transformation, and operations in a high-impact environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support finance and business teams on both finance and non-finance project initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, actuarial, operations, and offshore teams
  • Gather and document business requirements for process, system, or reporting changes
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue logging, and post-implementation validation
  • Contribute to ongoing integration efforts across systems, processes, and reporting streams
  • Help maintain process documentation, workflows, and change logs
  • Monitor and support adherence to internal control frameworks (including SOX or similar)

What We're Looking For

  • 36 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or project coordination roles
  • Background in insurance, banking, or financial services industries
  • Exposure to finance transformation or system/process change initiatives
  • Strong skills in Excel; tracking testing results, and supporting QA/UAT activities
  • Understanding of financial reporting or general ledger processes preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in post-merger integration or insurance product change projects
  • Familiarity with internal controls, SOX compliance, or risk and assurance documentation
