Responsibilities:
Business Partnership & Financial Management:
- Partner with divisions and project managers to analyse financial performance, conduct business reviews, and provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Identify and lead cost optimisation initiatives, efficiency projects, and process improvements to enhance operational performance
- Support decision-making through scenario analysis, business case evaluation, forecasting, and resource allocation guidance
- Execute month/year-end closing activities, prepare financial reporting, and perform budget allocations and virements
- Analyse variances and operational metrics to drive performance improvements and support business decisions
- Prepare revenue/expense accruals, grant recovery documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and government policies
- Work with project teams on purchase order management, fixed asset transfers, and budget administration, as well as respond to users queries and provide advice
- Participate in system enhancements and process improvement initiatives, including UAT activities
Other Responsibilities:
- Support other FBPs within the team with operational works
- Undertake strategic analysis projects and other duties as assigned to support business objectives
What we're looking for:
Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or relevant qualification + 5+ yrs experience
Business partnering or commercial analysis experience
Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
Hands-on with large datasets, analytical & detail-oriented
Positive, self-motivated, adapts well to fast-paced environments

Workday (essential)
Dashboard & visualization: Tableau / Power BI
Advanced Excel: Power Pivot, Power Query, financial modelling
PowerPoint for presentations
