Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and conduct basic variance and performance analysis.
  3. Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  4. Monitor AP/AR processes, perform reconciliations, and support cash flow management and forecasting activities.
  5. Review expense claims, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure proper implementation of internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  2. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial systems.
  4. 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience preferred.
  5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication ability, and a high level of integrity and responsibility.
