Finance Business Partner (FP&A/ FMCG)

We are hiring for an experienced Finance professional with strong business partnering and stakeholder management for a leading MNC in FMCG.

Finance Business Partner

. Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial, sales, marketing, and operations teams, providing financial insight to support revenue growth, margin management, and pricing decisions

. Analyse business performance across sales trends, promotional effectiveness, pricing strategies, and market dynamics, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations

. Identify key value and cost drivers, highlight risks and opportunities, and support initiatives to improve profitability and commercial effectiveness

. Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlook processes, ensuring alignment with commercial plans and business priorities

. Perform variance analysis and performance reviews, working with stakeholders to explain outcomes and guide corrective actions

. Develop and track commercial KPIs to measure business performance, campaign effectiveness, and margin delivery

. Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development for new initiatives, investments, and go-to-market strategies

. Partner with stakeholders on cost optimisation initiatives, operating cost model improvements, and productivity enhancements

. Contribute financial support to strategic projects, including market expansion, portfolio optimisation, and acquisition-related analysis

. Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, governance standards, and external regulatory requirements, supporting audit processes where required

. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytics, including automation and data-driven enhancements

. Take ownership of ad-hoc commercial finance initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed

Candidate Requirements

. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline professional qualification preferred

. Typically 7-8 years experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within FMCG or consumer-driven environments

. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

. Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel and presentation tools

. Experience working with enterprise finance systems and business intelligence tools is advantageous

. Confident communicator, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
