Finance Business Partner (FP&A) - 12-Month Contract

Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to $8800/month

Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Punggol / Labrador Park (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Job Scope

• Partner business units to provide financial analysis and strategic advice

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business case evaluation

• Manage month/year-end closing, reporting, and variance analysis

• Drive cost optimisation and process improvements

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government policies

• Support system enhancements and financial governance processes

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years experience in finance, including business partnering or FP&A

• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced Excel skills Workday experience required

• Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau SQL/Python advantageous

• Analytical, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
