Role Description

Finance Business Partner

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business units, translating financial data into actionable business insights
  • Support decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Partner with department heads to manage budgets, cost control, and performance tracking
  • Analyze revenue drivers, profitability, and key financial KPIs to improve business outcomes
  • Provide commercial insights to support pricing, investment, and growth strategies
  • Challenge business assumptions and support value-creation initiatives
  • Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and operations teams to ensure financial alignment

Financial Controller

  • Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, month-end, and year-end close processes
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Manage financial reporting, audits, and statutory requirements
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks
  • Supervise accounting teams and ensure timely financial reporting delivery
  • Monitor cash flow, balance sheet health, and financial risks
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP system enhancements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent)
  • 5–12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or controllership roles
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls
  • Advanced financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience in multinational, corporate, or high-growth environments is a plus
  • Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced, reporting-driven environments
